I just bought this 2022 Colorado LT and ( to my disappointment) discovered the infotainment system does not contain navigation. Is there a way to add navigation to this system?

I think it would get very pricey ...  Id just get used to Android auto or Apple car play.

 

Picking my 2022 up tomorrow if all goes well.

Nothing from GM.  If you have unlimited data plan on your phone, just use Google Maps, Waze, etc. via Apple Car Play/Android Auto.

The aftermarket has you covered if you truly must have factory nav:

Me?  The Carplay/AA would be the way to go.  You already (if you have it) pay for unlimited data cell plan, why pay $250 for the upgrade, and then pay $100-150 for a new map car every couple years?
