Fog Light is blinking when parked and shutoff.

I have a 2016 GMC Sierra and have the oddest thing happening when the truck is shutoff is that the right side Foglight starts to blink and doesn't stop ...ever. 

Checked the grounds and they are good .  

I've read about every forum and nothing on this problem exists?? 

On a foreign car site it said it was for a body sensor ?   On GM .... had nothing. 

It's not draining the battery and I guess helps when finding my truck in the dark .    Yet it gets annoying that could be something wrong GM or the Codes obviously isn't telling us.

Maybe it's Morse Code? Deceased relative? I will come and investigate for 500 dollars an hr; plus accommodations

Can you upload a video? Or is this something you are seeing, say in a security camera, which the LED's look like they are flashing, even though they are not.

Did you ever solve this?? The same thing is happening to my truck
