Can't control radio 2500hd

2021 2500 HD.  2k miles.  Today when I was driving I realized that I could not control the radio.  Volume, channel, on or off. Nothing.  Why is this.

You couldnt control from the screen or the knobs underneath?  Mine freezes sometimes where I cant control the radio from screen or knobs but I can control it from the steering wheel controls?  Have you had any radio or camera modifications done to the truck?

The screen on the radio went black.  The volume and channel controls on steering wheel would not work.  The buttons on the dash would do nothing.  No volume control on dash.  No on off.  Turned the truck off after about 5 minutes no change.  Both front doors open.  Restarted the truck still no change.  No response from any point of control.  Turned the truck off again radio went off after opening driver door.  Restarted truck.  Radio operates properly.  Haven't used truck again yet.
