2020 Suburban Infotainment

I have a 2020 suburban That the infotainment system stopped showing the radio/navigation in split screen. The local dealer says they checked another 2020 and it didn’t have so they don’t believe it every had it. I appreciate any help or information. Thanks

Only time the screen is "split", is when you have entered a destination in the Nav menu, and the route guidance is active.
