2018 Silverado Dash Screen Won't Work

I sat with the key turned on while waiting to pick up my daughter from school. Got a low battery warning on the dash screen, went to start the truck and it wouldn't. Got it jump started and the dash screen and all lights are dark and won't turn on. The infotainment system works fine and responds to the dash dimming wheel. Anyone experience this issue before? Worked perfectly prior to it getting jumped. 

 

I checked all three fuse locations and couldn't find a bad fuse either.
