What are some mods that would benefit from being tuned appropriately? Ive heard that a descreened MAF and cam. Are there other mods like TB, EL fans, or headers??

I think the more mods the better the tuning will help. your stock tuning is just that, for stock parts. most aftermarket parts improve airflow and tuning will allow the computer to recognize and react better to the increased airflow
