Drivers front window regulator clicking

Hi All, 

The drivers window on my 2015 Silverado 2500HD (diesel if that could possibly matter)is not working correctly and is exhibiting the following symptoms 

1) At time of failure window rolled down like normal but would not roll back up. 

2) checked all fuses (Fuse box #1, Fuses 8 and 40 as indicated in this diagram https://fuse-box.info/chevrolet/chevrolet-silverado-mk3-2014-2018-fuses-and-relay ) 
3) Replaced drivers side window regulator. Internal relay clicks. Window does not move. 

3a) Replaced with another new window regulator. No change. 
4) verified 12V on main power input wires to Window regulator 
5) Checked for corrosion/wiring damage in door jam harness. None present. 


The BCM seems to be aware that the window regulator has been replaced and displays 'roll window up and down' message in cluster. 

All other windows appear to work fine with their respective switches and with the main switch panel on the drivers door. 

Any help with the next diagnostic steps would be appreciated.
