Some background 2018 Silverado Ls, 55,000 miles completely stock.

In April had all new pads and rotors, drove great for a few weeks including a 1000 mile trip. Around mid may had a strange occurrence where I was getting a slight vibration while driving, same day when turning into the driveway heard a dragging noise. Checked underneath saw nothing. Next day ABS light, stabilitrak, and service trailer brake all came up on the dash. Later that day all the lights went off truck drove fine. Over the passed week I've been feeling a vibration on the floorboard and in the pedal and the womp womp noise that seems to go with tire revolutions. I noticed that making right turns both the noise and vibration went away so I went ahead and replaced the front passenger side bearing but this did not correct the issue. Not sure where to look next as everything online points to the bearing.
