Flash PCM?

Ever since I have had my truck the shifting doesn't seem right, I took it in under warranty and they said it was fine. Since then I have drove 3 other trucks a 00, 01, and 03. They seem normal to me. The owners of the trucks I drove, drove mine and said it shifted weird. Do you think it would be worth my time and money to have the PCM flashed?? I wasn't sure if there was a newer version than what came with my truck in 01?

My Escalade had an idle problem that was addressed on this site...the "fix" was not covered under warranty, though.
