I haven’t seen any threads about this or anyone even mention doing it to their truck. What if you put the newer style 2019-2022 tow mirrors on a 2014-2018 truck? I know that they mount in different places but maybe you could make a custom mount? i don’t know just a thought. I edited a picture of a truck like mine with the mirrors and think it could look cool but i don’t know how to attach it to this post lol.

Why on earth would you want to do that? Anything after 2019 is butt ugly. GM placing their mirrors like that and designing the tow mirrors so strangely killed them.

Furthermore, look how they're made. They were designed too low so they made it come up to where the last 6 generations are mounted. Therefore they wouldn't work correctly even if you did mount them. You know, those trucks would look so much better if they didn't mess with the mirror placement

I ordered these tow mirrors for my 2018 Silverado but haven't received them yet.  I would post my results for you but I haven't received them.  I'm not sure if they are the new style mirrors but I do know they are at least compatible with the 2018 and I believe them to be compatible with 2014-2018.

The reason I went with these mirrors specifically is because I can get everything I need to upgrade them to power fold from one supplier.  And this supplier has some of the most helpful Youtube videos on this topic that I've seen.

Those are the correct style mirrors. He's talking about one's found on 2020+ 2500s etc. I also have those style and I love them. Bought from EBAY and wired directly to factory harness using factory pins saving a ton of money compared to Boost.
