Key Fobs disconnecting

Not sure where to go before I waste money at the dealership.. since I am at 38K .. the warranty is up. I had the fobs "disconnect" before and had to reprogram them.. and yes.. i changed the batteries in both at that time. 

 

A month later, today, I go out to go to work and the Fobs are not working again. Now I didn't do the "force" open and start.. due to it being 4:30am and that is rude to the neighbors.

 

My question, has anyone come across where the Fobs keep disconnecting and how was it resolved?
