Whining noise when accelerating

24 RST 5.3 Z71 3k miles.  I have this same issue but it's ONLY when the AC is on.  Next time I am in for service I will mention it, but it may be the AC compressor.

I’ve had my truck for 3 days. 225 miles

on it. It sounds like a turbo charger winding up.

I have a 2020 GMC Sierra making the same noise. Did you ever discover what it was?
