Non start issue 2018 Silverado LT

Horn has intermediate been going on and off. Would occasionally not start last winter. Started having non start last week. Replaced battery since it was time, would not start after replacement. Anti theft Horn went off three times, consequently. I locked it via fob each time then the truck started each time needed within two days. Tried to start the truck to take my son to school. Battery at 12V, all auxiliary functions working. Swapped relays, nothing. Checked fuses, all is fine. No codes thrown on the OBD. Truck only has 60K miles on it, can't imagine it's a starter. Would prefer not through parts at. Can't get it started for diagnoses at a shop. Thoughts?

Please clarify for me: Does the starter engage at all? Or is there a clicking sound from engine bay? Does all your dash light work?

 

If the started is turning the engine over but it's not starting would be one issue.

 

If the starter does nothing, then it's a different issue.

 

If the starter is not doing anything, try to get a long rod & tap the starter a couple time. Don't BANG it but just tap it from inside the engine bay. Sometimes the solenoid gets stuck and this might jar it loose.
