I have a 2014 gmc seirra and periodically when I'm driving my screen and dash will start flashing, radio cut in and out and if I try to accelerate I will get a reduced engine power warning.  The code is P00CA for the Fuel Pressure Regulator High Control Circuit High Voltage.  If I turn the vehicle off for 10 min the code clears and the vehicle operates fine.  I have already  taken it to 1 mechanic and they checked out the fuel pressure regulator and it was fine.  They could not get the vehicle to get the screen or dash to flash so I assumed the issue was fixed but it started doing it again 3 weeks later.  I have read many issues about bad grounds but those seem to be linked to power steering not the fuel pressure regulator.  Has anyone else experienced this issue?
