So I recently purchased a 2020 Trail boss with 37k miles on it. Miami driven car for its lifetime. Certified preowned. I purchased the vehicle over 100 miles away and will be taking it to them to look at soon. There is a strange click noise from what I think is in the rear. Can only hear it at low speeds. Seems to be a random single click and sometimes a double click. I first though it only happened randomly at low speeds upon braking but it not only happens sometimes when braking but also while acceleration abruptly. I thought it was for sure something loose in the brakes but I can get it to do it while leaving the stop sign abruptly, not touching the brake and letting the car slow down, and then accelerating abruptly again. I had the U joint checked and it’s fine. It doesn’t do it ever single time. I attached a video of the noise. What could it be?
