Hey guys,

I am wondering if you guys knew of our healights not being to take upgraded bulbs very well? I am wanting to go buy some new one and get the s**tty stockers out but dont want my housings melting. I was wanting to replace all the bulbs. Low beams, high beams and fog's. I need some quick input.

I upped my Low Beams 5 or 10 Watts (can't remember for sure but I think it was 10 Watts) 2 1/2 years ago with no problems on my '01.

I have heard that there could be some problems with the foglights if you go too bright.

I upgraded both high and low beams to Sylvania SilverStars, no problems, and definitely a whiter brighter light output. But, I've heard they may only last a year or so.

I went to painless wiring and got the hi beam realy. it will keep your low beams on with your hi beams(the low beams turn off when the hi's go on from thef actory).

It still turns off the driving lights though. I bought this kit for my 1994 yukon 9 years ago and had no problems, they just released the new model for the 2004 chevy's.This is a very hi quality kit and for $40 you cant beat it.it took me 20 minutes to install =,I just went the extre mile and bought some wire loom to hide the wires...Walla,you cant see any wires...
