Someone please help me / give me some advice.......

I have a 2018 tahoe 70K miles ... 7inch FTS Lift, 35s mud tires , 22rims

I lifted it and put 456 Yukon gears in it... Now when I am driving the truck is making a howling / backsplash sound....

I'm not getting shakes/vibration with the truck that I can tell... its just a strange howling/back splash sound at certain speed/ deceleration....

Has anyone had this issue.... I cant seem to figure out what it is...

Drive shaft? pinion angle? any thoughts would be really helpful

Usually a sound like that is improper gear setup or a bearing in the diff going bad.
