I searched and found nothing in regards

I have the dreaded service trailer brake on the DIC every time I start my truck and dismiss it and never comes back on until the next time I start it. Integrated trailer brake

Its a 2018 GMC sierra SLE crew cab 5.3L

It worked before

This happens without a trailer connected And I dont have a 7 pin trailer to test with.

I checked for power at the 7 pin trailer plug and have no power to the brake but have the power to all other pins for stop lights, signals, tail lights, 12V constant, and reverse. All check 12v

When I check the fuses under the hood for the trailer they are all good . When I check for power at the 30 amp trailer brake fuse holder socket tabs under the hood fuse box it has no power. Is this supposed to have power?? And were does it get its power from. I installed a new trailer brake switch on the dash but same thing.

If someone has run up on this problem feel free to chime in. Also if you could check if that 30 amp trailer brake fuse under the hood fuse box has power to the terminal pins that may help me head in the right direction for this issue.

Thanks
