To much fuel pressure??

I have an 04 Chevy with the 6.0 I have a it will sometimes have a hard time starting kinda back fire once in a while on start up warm or cold I checked fuel pressure it's at 55 koeo and 65 engine running at idle and never fluctuates on hard acceleration and seems like pressure bleeds off kinda fast but not sure how fast is to fast
