Misfire on cylinder #2

Check engine light came on and code scanner reads cylinder 2 misfire, so I changed coil pack, spark plug and wire but it runs awhile and engine light came back on.

Mileage?

Swap the components from cylinder 2 to a known good cylinder, one at a time. This will confirm a coil pack plug or wire, also do the same with the injector. 

 

If those check out, check wiring to the injector and coil pack.
