Contacting GM management

I had a really great experience in working with a small dealership's service department in DE. I will be writing their owner a nice letter praising the service manager and technician that helped me out, but Id like to send a letter to the GM regional manager, etc. for the region in which DE is in, telling them of my excellent experience.

I tried to find addresses on gm.com, but didnt find any useful information except for a chevrolet customer service P.O. box in Michigan.

 

How would I find that information, can someone provide me with the regional guys address or a way to find it?

in the back of the owners manual, is a list of chevy zone offices, which have the address to send mail to!!!
