Hello guys

Do any of you experience this? When the car is driving at low speeds, even a slight bump can cause intense ear pressure, making the ears hurt. This ear pressure feels like the sensation of pressure against the eardrums during an airplane takeoff, but it's even more intense due to the repetitive pressure from the vibrations. The issue is not as severe when driving at high speeds or on smooth roads. My English isn't very good, so I'm not sure if I've explained my problem clearly. Please note: the car windows are tightly sealed.

I own a 2021 Chevy Suburban High Country and have not experienced this problem.  I have done a fair amount of parkway and city driving.

Yes, not all vehicles have this issue. My friend's 2023 LT doesn't have this problem. I've test-driven his car, and mine doesn't feel as solid as his. At 20-30mph in urban areas, with slight vibrations, this ear pressure appears and feels stuffy, and it doesn't go away immediately. It's also noticeable when revving at idle, but it's very brief. Initially, I only felt that the back was not sealed well, and it felt like the rear window was not closed properly. But the windows and doors were all shut tight. Later, I noticed that whenever the road surface was slightly uneven, this issue arose. However, if I roll down the driver's side window, it gets a bit better; my ears don't hurt, and the pressure feels less, but it's still noticeable. It's very uncomfortable, and I can't stand it for even ten minutes.
