I have a Leveled 2022 Refresh Z71 I’m looking to add 285/75/20 or 295/75/20 tires on stock rims without any metal trimming. I’m really trying to fit the 295s. Is this possible, or are the tires too big without a lift? Not scared to trim fender liner or pull it back so they don’t rub.

Yes.  Neither of those are going to fit - you will have both major fender clearance issues AND UCA clearance issues.  You will need a true lift and at least a 1" spacer (or 0 offset wheels).

Without modifications, I believe the largest you can go is 285/65r20.  Anything larger will need mods like a lift, mud flap delete, and possibly more.
