2020 Silverado Lt 5.3 

installed rough country grill lights and wired to fuse tap on bright lights . Worked fine for a couple of days . Now bright lights stay on even when ignition is off . Pulled fuses for bright lights and disconnected the RC lights . Left fuses out for brights but bright light indicator in cab is still on . Could it have messed up my BCM ( body control module ) ?
