several years ago my volume worked just fine on my truck. The problem is when I push the button on the sterring wheel to initiate a voice command. The sound is very low. It use to be loud but now I can hardly hear it.  GMC was no help. The Service advisor said they fixed it. They lied. I looked into the setting to see if I can adjust the volume but there was no adjustment. I tried turning my phone volume up but no difference. Has anyone ever had this type of problem.

Thanks Pappy.

I had something similar when onstar directions voice was coming through the radio as it was very low, while the voice was coming through the radio I turned up the radio volume knob and it got louder, try it and see if that works. You can only turn it up while the command voice is heard.
