Two-way radio install! How do I get a cable from the cab to the engine compartment??

I have a 2015 2500 that I am turning into my farm/service truck. I am trying to get a 2-way radio installed in the center console and have everything torn apart trying to find a way to get the antenna cable from the cab into the engine compartment for a fender mounted antenna. Any guidance would be appreciated!

There is a nipple on the bottom of the main wiring harness pass through grommet. Between the steering column and fender. Comes in above the brake pedal and to the left. This is the recommended location, but its not the easiest to use.

Perhaps you could run the coax inside the fender, through the door jamb area, and into the truck that way. i had luck with that for a temporary power cable install in my last truck for my ham radio.

Got it thanks! Went through that grommet in the door jamb then into the fender!
