Can anyone give me the link for finding out the locations and what the wires are for the yellow plug under the air bag for the steering wheel controls on the left cruise control and the right for the phone and information center for a 2024 GMC SLT or AT4. I cant find it on the Upfitter site. Or is there some one that builds up or works on those wiring harness.  Thanks

CAUTION!!!! ANY YELLOW WIRING OR CONNECTOR is air bag related. Mess with it and risk accidental discharge. Get a service manual and follow it to the letter before fooling with it

Interested in this as well. I have 2023 Custom- want to add audio control switch to the steering wheel. Cannot find the right part to fit.

I've learned how to take everything apart, but cannot find anywhere that tells me the audio control switch will work for my year truck.

For my truck, once all everything is uncapped and airbag module is out, you can pop off the steering harness. From there, you can pull off the control switch and unplug it.

I don't think you can add it to the refresh trucks. The pre-refresh trucks you can add them, on customs you can add the controls but you need to upgrade the instrument cluster as well.

2015 gmc sierra   I just replaced airbag  seatbelts and  module and two front bumper sensors light still on  my question is    The airbag wires in the steering wheel which i had to replace the ends because of melting  i separated the 4 wires  and put yellow back with its wires and the blue with its wires    Can you get  these crossed ?  I know the colors are with the right wires but can you get them crossed  or does it matter

What codes are you getting? you may have to manually clear the codes with a scan tool to turn the light off depending on the original fault, If the air bag deployed the light may be on unless the control module is replaced. Welcome to the forum, you should  have started a new thread for better exposure rather than adding to an unrelated post, maybe 1 of the mods will move it for you
