Copied this from Google     The ECM detects that the voltage on the fuel economy mode switch signal wire is either too low or too high out of range. The P159F code is probably due to the low battery situation; it will be set on many recent GM models when voltage to the mode control switch (tour/sport/weather in the ATS) drops too low.

Thanks @waltman, I think it was a low battery situation.   I had left my dash cam powered on and my battery was drained.   Once I charged, the engine check light has cleared.
