2019 Tahoe Passenger door "Open" indicator when door is closed.

Bear with me please.  Had an issue with the motor controls on the passenger seat.  Finally found the fuse, replaced that, then I had a litany of other electrical problems pop up all at once.

 

Open door notification on dash always on.

this means the overhead lights stay on (at least not when the car is off.)

Passenger side windows will not roll down

I can unlock the doors by pushing the little button on the rear handle, but it does not allow me to lock it that way.

 

I suspect all are related, and likely a fuse, just not sure what to look for.  I don't relish paying the stealership $300 to change a fuse.
