Switching to Android Auto

I've got an issue that is really quite irritating.  When I start my '23 Sierra Denali Ultimate, right after connecting to my phone via Bluetooth, Android Auto connects and immediately starts Spotify.  I then have to go into the audio and switch it back to FM or Sirius XM or whatever.  Is there a setting somewhere that I can undo?

Inside android auto settings there is a setting called "start media automatically", turn that off.

Thanks, that did the trick.  I was so sure it was a defect that I didn't consider it might be a settings change.
