The other day I crossed a creek that was maybe to the top of my tires and now I have “ service power steering system” , “ service stabilitrak” , and “ service brake system”. Also the battery drain completely empty over night. I have seen other post with similar problems. One guy had a bad fuse block on top of the battery. I checked that and it was fine. Another guy had a connector that wasn’t sealed so it got corroded. I checked all my connectors and the all look clean and have power to them but the connector that goes to the assist motor was really easy to pull off. I believe the little clip that holds the connector on tight was broken so it might not have been sealed all the way. Could this have shorted out the rack and pinion. What are some other possibilities that could be wrong.
