2019 Silverado Custom- Loss of Communication Codes U0100 and U0140

Anyone having issues with ECM communication codes? Truck will lose power steering, transmission will not change gears, loss of acceleration, low fuel level alarm(tank half to full)

Ground straps.  There are two of them behind the right wheel well.  One is from the firewall to the frame, the other the engine to the firewall.  

 

Chances are one or both are as green as the Statue of Liberty and or broken.  

 

84498265 is firewall to frame, 84827778 is engine to firewall.
