I hope everyone had a good holiday. Ours was filled with way too much turkey and pie, which is a good problem to have.

Well it’s official. I didn’t gain any weight during thanksgiving. I’ve been doing Weight Watchers for years. It’s a point system for calories. Most of the thanksgiving dinner are low points as long as you’re easy on the rolls and butter. Turkey is zero veggies too. Potato’s are zero it’s what you put on it. Gravy has a little not bad. It’s the dessert that will do you in. Pies are the devil. It’s the crust. It just like breakfast. It’s not the eggs or home fries, even bacon as long as you have just one slice. Use spray and a dab of butter or olive oil. You want toast loose the butter. Put jam on it. Not both. I’m not missing anything. It took me years. I got it now. But I didn’t gain weight on thanksgiving. We did three.
