Electronic controls quit working intermittently

I have a 2024 Silverado 2500 with 20,000 miles and the standard tailgate.  Intermittently (about once a month) the tailgate will not open with either the button on the tailgate, the button on the dash, or the button on the remote.  Then 30 minutes later it works just fine.  I had the most recent software update which has changed nothing.

 

Also, after driving 1-2 hours, the radio preset buttons on the left side of the radio usually quit working.  I park and restart the truck and everything is back to normal.  I have also have the latest radio update.

 

It is difficult for the dealer to fix something that is working fine when I take it in.

 

Has anyone else had these issues or have any insight?
