Hi Fellas

Well the 2024 Chevrolet 2500 Custom has been running fine so far,  although to be honest, I don't drive it a heck of a lot and using my older truck for dirty jobs .

I'm still below 3000 Kilometers .

I just now noticed a problem, there is condensation behind the plastic lens for the headlights, both sides, and strangely it is the same pattern in exactly the same spot on both sides

Any one else have this issue ?  I have only washed the truck 3 times and no high pressure water used . I'm sure this is a warranty issue !

Look forward to replies

Thanks

Okay I will post this here here as well . 2024 2500 HD Custom Trim level .Both headlights right and left side have condensation behind the plastic lens that covers the headlamp unit . Anyone else have this problem ?

Could it be that I have not driven it in awhile and the water vapour has built up in there and not dried out from the heat of the headlamps ?

This is a non LED headlamp system

Thanks

Update to the headlight condensation . It's gone after about a month . Here's what I'm thinking without having looked under the hood to see if I may be on to something . I had washed the truck for about the second time and wanted to give it a a good rinse under the wheel wells . The front wheel wells have that felt type inner lining not plastic . I'm wondering if the water goes through that fabric and gets into the headlight assembly .If so that's not a good set up and needs to be addressed

Your thoughts please !

I know this thread does not seem like a big issue but if your using your 4x4 and enjoy keeping it clean it would seem to me that getting moisture in the headlight assembly every time you wash out the wheels wells is a problem
