Remove fuel tank pressure sensor

Is there an easier way to remove the fuel tank pressure sensor on 2008 4.8 Chevrolet Silverado than lifting the bed and dropping the fuel tank?

Unless you've got paper thin hands, no. 

 

All you really need to do is lower the tank enough to change it, or raise the bed just enough to change it.
