On the pre 23 I was able to buy a key fob and program it myself, I read somewhere that this is no longer an option, is that true?

I asked my SA and was told it's an hour labor 129 or something like that.

it is true, unless you have tlc and an approved mdi

  I did plug the vacuum line and the rpms where ok. I also tighten the booster line going into the intake. It was a bit loose and that didn't make a difference.

The USA has 129 working Refineries with a total crude capacity of 17,943,810 barrels per operating day Split proportionally to their size over them all that is 5.6 days of run time. He could sneak out 10X that much and not keep them cooking for two months. Now about that Titanic 😉 Shall we continue to argue about rearranging the deck chairs?
