Dual zone HVAC control issues

I have a 14 sierra with dual climate control hvac. The panel does not come on. I have disconnected battery numerous times. Sometimes it comes on...sometimes not. I replaced the control panel. Still comes on sometimes and then goes blank. I even bought the module behind the glove box. Plugged it in, battery reset....nothing. I am completely.lost. fuses and relays are good.
