3X Pickup At Home Charge Time with GM 48-Amp Level 2 Charger

Thinking about a Hummer 3X pickup but worried about charge time. I have not been able to find a good estimate. Any real world input for those of you with the 3X pickup would be appreciated. Would prefer to go with the Level 2 / 48-Amp charger due to ease of install. Thanks.

For those interested, I went with the Emporia Energy 48-amp level 2 charger. Installed the hard-wired version on a 60-amp circuit with an 85' run of 6 AWG wires. I am really impressed with the charger and its app. I get 18-miles per hour at the full 48-amp draw and 16 MPH at 40-amps. you can set the amp draw in the app. I charge at 40-amps the majority of the time to reduce heat, etc.

 

This is on a 2025 3X pickup.
