What is a good replacement brand for inside door handle extended cab left rear. Thanks

the handle that's inside the door that you use when you are inside the truck, or the handle that's in the door jam that you use when you are outside the truck?

I would use a GM part, Dorman probably makes a replacement but it may not be as good quality

For my '04, I would use the door a lot, year round, and I would need a replacement handle every year.  I was buying Dorman just because they were cheaper than GM's, but after seeing how the handles were repeatedly failing, I gave up on replacing the handles, and fabbed up the handle part (the part you grab & pull on) out of scrap steel, reusing the plastic base.  Since doing this, no more failures w the handle.
