Check Engine Light Comes On 2025 Tahoe

Bought a new Tahoe back in April 2025. Had just over 1000 miles. It started having occasional rough shifting, and hunting for gears. One morning I tried backing out of garage and would not move. I then tapped on the accelerator ( in reverse ) and it slightly banged into reverse. Some time later the check engine light came on. Went to the dealer and they found codes: B1A1F, U0401, and U1616. The work order states: Found updates for image processing module. Installed updates.

 

After that, it corrected the problem and no more erratic shifting and goes into reverse smoothly.
