Outside Temperature Reading High Consistently

I have a 2024 At4X HD - outside temperature sensor consistently reads 4-6 degrees high compared to local temps, bank temps, my Ford Explorer, etc.   Doesn't matter if it is night or day however when it is sunny it reads even higher (I realize the sensor is in the mirror which has a black housing).    Has anyone figured out how to fix this?  The local dealer looked at me strange when I explained what was going on.
