Adding memory seats?

I have a new to me 2024 sierra 2500 SLE. It has power driver seat.   Any idea what it would take to add memory seats?

An act of congress that requires manufacturers to permit people to add option to trucks after they are sold.

 

You can buy the parts, but GM won't allow the truck to be reprogrammed so the parts work.

 

There are a few things that GM allows you to upgrade/modify, such as mirrors, and sometimes they pre-program the truck for an option and just don't install the controls (for example DIC on GMT900 trucks, where you just need to install the buttons to get the dic options).  It's unlikely memory seats is like this, for your truck.

Straight up?  Buy the truck with the features you actually want next time.  I know, it sounds mean, but its the truth.  AKA, should have shopped for an SLT.  

 

There are some features here and there that can be added, memory seats is not one of them.  Driver door panel is different, door harness is different, the entire cab wiring harness is different, the modules can't be added or programmed in, etc.
