Trailering App Will Not Let Me Set Up Trailer Profile

I have been looking for a definitive answer for a few days and cannot find one. I have a 2020 Silverado LT Trail Boss with trailering package and hitch guidance and trailer brake control also with convince II package. When I connect my trailer the brake control lights up and the truck alerts me a trailer is plugged in. When I go into the trailering app I have no option to create a profile, it will only do a light test. I have tried to force quit the app but nothing changes it. Does anyone know is there anything I can do to get it to work or is that the only thing that app is going to do? In the picture this is all I see when I open the trailering app.
