Keyless touch pad on door

I have a 2023 Chevy 2500HD Custom, i had Service Chevy in Lafayette, LA try to installed the wireless keypad on my truck(like the ford truck and SUVs have). They are having trouble getting it to sync with my truck. Has anyone else installed this item with success? because they can’t find seem to get any help resolving the issue.

Did they follow all of the instructions with the kit? They have to phone into GM Techline and have calibrations issued for it, and then reprogram the truck to accept the pad. There is also a card with the code that they have to send a photo of to GM to do this.

I am not sure if they did or not, the truck going back on Monday, I mention it to them see if that helps, thanks!
