Custom License Plates

My registration is up and I was thinking about doing some custom License Plates. Any body got some good ones? If they bash F*RDs; all the better

I have TMP TAG on my 85 Buick LeSabre. It was pretty awesome getting a parking ticket and seeing that in the plate number area.

 

(get it? EVERY fullsize rwd GM car older than '86 has temporary tags on it!)

I would have thought that http://www.dot.state.tx.us/vtr/vtrreginfo.htm would have a vanity plate selector like the OPlates.Com web page does, but I couldn't find it.

 

Vanity plates should be fun for you and not take too much brain power for others to figure out (what's the point if nobody gets it?).

How many letter/number spaces do they give you? In NY they give us 7.Here's a couple I can think of:

 

4DHATR (ford hater)

NO4DS (no fords)

NOUGTRK (no ugly trucks)

NOEXCUS (no excuses)

AINTA4D (aint a ford) ok this 1's lame

4DEATR (ford eater)

4D MY S (ford my a$$)

EATS4DS (eats fords)

That last comment was a plate suggestion,nothin personal...PLEASE dont take it the wrong way.... here in NY they give you several spots to try different variations of what you r try'n to apply 4...then they will either accept or reject your request...

BUT you r RIGHT the plate does have to be POLITICALLY CORRECT

Lets just say that w/the new fines being set by the FCC in the states...aftermath of Janet Jackson's Superbowl 1/2 time stunt...The stations in question would be shut down....for lettin certain 4 letter words fly in some of 2days so-called music....I live a stones throw from the border and CANADA is a great neighbor to have,but sometimes the politics up there is as bad as the U.S.
