Anybody with a Body Lift

A good friend of mine installed a body lift on his truck and d**n! did it look good. It is a fairly cheap mod. (under $300) and it can be installed in my driveway. I am out of the extended warranty period but am still covered under the GMPP. What will a body lift do for my warranty?

 

Should I have any concerns?
