Step up bars to cover HD frame

I am going to be putting a 3inch P/A body lift on my HD, and the frame already shows a lot, and will 3 more inches, but people say that step up bars cover the frame pretty good. What are the best ones to cover up the frame, not neccessarily the best make or most expensive, just the best to cover up the frame for an Extended Cab 03 Sierra HD. I just want them to hide the frame, and want the ones that hide the frame the best. Thanks

Without a shadow of a doubt.....N-Fab's!!!

I second N-Fabs.

I think N-Fabs can be bolted to the body (somehow) which, in my opinion, looks better than the step bars that are bolted to the frame on a body lifted truck cuz the step bars bolted to the frame are 3" lower than the step in height.

Correct. The N-fabs bolt the the body and till cover the frame nicely. There are a few guys on here that have thm with their body lifted HD. The look very nice. Check out 8100HD's truck.

Yea but if i got the N-fabs, if they are bolted on to the body, wouldnt the frame be seen a lot more than step up bars that are bolted onto the frame? I mean i dont care what kind of step up bars they are, just as long as it covers the frame.

Not really...Then you have the gap between the truck cab and the bars. With the B/L you will have a 5-6" gap there. Unles you modify the brackets. No matter what bar you put on. Its not gona cover the while frame. Its just to big.

I got some chromed stainless bars from summit racing and love them. They bolt to the frame and hung way too low due to my 4 inch body lift. But they were easy to raise. Now they cover the body lift and frame. Check them out on my "my truck pics" page. They were also the least expensive ones out there.
