What tires for 97 Z-71?

Have to replace the stock tires on my '97 Z-71, what tires have any

of you guys had good or bad luck with? I see many trucks with

BF Goodrich All-Terrain TA tires and they look great but are somewhat

pricey here in Canada. Just looking for a good performing/looking

tire at a reasonable price. 90% of my driving will be on road, 10%

light duty off road.

I have the BFG KO's on my truck and really like them. it really felt like a new truck when i replaced the stock firestones with them.

I am at about 57k on them right now and they are still holding up pretty good, I will probably replace them in fall at around 70k.

bridgestoen duelers are good ones as well from what people around here say - probably cant go wrong with either

The BFG All-Terrains are very good tires. My dad has Michlein(sp?) LTX M/S on his Silverado. They are also good tires. You might also want to look at Pro Comps, they build a good tire too.

I have the BFG All Terain TA KO's (265/75R16) and I love em, I do about the same driveing as you, I payed about 150 mounted and balanced for them here in the US.

I just put Bridgestone Dueler revos on and they are quiet, smooth and have excellent rain performance. Can't wait for snow to see how the plow

 

The last set of tires I had were BFG ATs, they were great when new but a bit noisy and they seemed to get very hard as they aged IMO.
