Was thinking about dumping the fuel door, seems a bit much - any opinions?

I think the fuel door looks okay. I like the rims! But I think the brush guard and taillight guards need to go. Your truck is sporty, but with the brush guard it looks like its ready to plow a cow over, It also hides all the nice work you did to the front end.

Maybe you have to see it in the flesh or maybe it is my warped perception - but the the cattle guard actually frames the grill. I think when I have the nerf bars chromed (as no one makes an aftermarket for the Z-71 burbans and tahoes) It will tie it off a little better.

 

I do need to take some better pics with her all washed up and the sun shinin on her.

 

 

I like plowing cows over at high speeds :-)
